Shipping and Turn Around Time

SHIPPING

Shipping time is 2-7 business days depending on the location the package is being delivered to. 

The Rockin' B Co is NOT responsible for any errors customers make while placing an order. This includes an incorrect shipping address. No refunds will be available for incorrect shipping addresses. It is out of our hands once the package is shipped from our business. Please reach out to your local post office if any mistakes are made. 

 

TURNAROUND TIME 

Ready to Ship items will be shipped within 7 days of ordering.

Custom orders have a turnaround time based on the item and complexity of the design/product. Turnaround time can range from 2-5 weeks for custom orders.
